Dear Prayer Partners!
Christ’s Kingdom Ministries has been in existence for 8 years as of September 15! We have many fond memories of the early years, the months before we officially began and the years leading up to today. So much has happened during these 8 years. On the way to the courthouse in downtown Ft. Worth Father gave us the scripture for the ministry. We had no idea if our name was already taken. So Father told us to put Matthew 6:33 along with our name for the official name. When we arrived at the courthouse and filled out the papers sure enough Christ’s Kingdom Ministries was taken by someone else but Christ’s Kingdom Ministries Matthew 6:33 was not. Praise the Lord great things He has done!! This is truly His work! We registered and began receiving our paperwork to become an official ministry. That verse of scripture has been so vital to the work Father has given us to do. How can we do anything without seeking Him first? Matthew 6:33 says:
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things shall be added to you.”
During these 8 years we have traveled over 175,000 miles as Road Warriors for Jesus. We have experienced many divine appointments, prayed for thousands of people, adopted as spiritual children over 110 men and women plus their children have become our adopted grandchildren. We pray for each one individually and keep up with as many of them as possible through phone calls, emails and letters. We also have been given over 300 pastors and leaders to pray for and to contact and encourage as the Lord gives direction. Oh my goodness this is an awesome responsibility but a joyous opportunity daily to minister to these servants of the Lord. Our daily prayer list is over 1500 including many we have met along the journey of the past 8 years. We have seen so many answered prayers!! We have seen lives changed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We have seen people healed of addictions and marriages restored. Daily we get many phone calls and emails from folks needing the love of Jesus to pour into them through the Word of God as we speak the word Father has for them and as we hold and love people with Father’s love. To say we have fun doesn’t even speak of the amazing joy we experience being used of the Lord as we walk through this life. Our journey is unlike anyone else and yet we all have a calling of God to share the Good News of the Gospel of Christ and to love with God’s love unconditionally and compassionately.
Thank you for being prayer support for this ministry during any part of these 8 years! Thank you for being a financial supporter during any part of these years! The road has not always been smooth but it has always been sure as the Lord has led us down the path He has chosen for us.
We look forward to more years of service to our Lord. This past year we have been in Ft. Worth and very much involved in ministry. In April we took a short trip to Alabama for the wedding of one of our adopted granddaughters and spent some time with a pastor and his family. That was an awesome delight! This summer has been filled with ministry to people in our area whose lives have been disrupted by challenges of health, finances and the enemy’s attack on them and their families. We have seen two new ministries birthed and are a prayer support for them. The Lord has consumed our life with His work and we are so excited to see what He has planned for Christ’s Kingdom Ministries during this next year.

Our new car is wonderful and has blessed our lives!! We took a trip to see our daughter and her family not too long ago and the car ran so well!! Each day is a joy to behold the beauty of Father’s creation and the experience of His peace and rest.
